At Valteriq S.A.P.I. de C.V. we value the privacy of our users and comply with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) in force in the United Mexican States. The controller of your data is Valteriq S.A.P.I. de C.V., with RFC VAL260118H74 and registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 14, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, Mexico.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form: full name and email address. Additionally, we may collect technical navigation data (IP address, device type, language) through analytical cookies, subject to your consent.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, updates on the Mexican market, participation terms and institutional communications. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent given at the time of subscription, in accordance with article 8 of the LFPDPPP.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription remains active. You may request removal or deletion at any time by writing to privacy@valteriq.com.
6. ARCO rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), as well as to limit its use or disclosure. To exercise these rights, please write to privacy@valteriq.com attaching a copy of an official ID.
7. Transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties outside Mexican territory without your express consent, except for legal obligations before competent authorities of the United Mexican States.
8. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against loss, alteration, unauthorised access or improper disclosure.
9. Changes to this policy
