These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website valteriq.com, operated by Valteriq S.A.P.I. de C.V. By using this site you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Purpose

Valteriq provides information about real estate crowdlending projects in Mexico and allows subscription to an informational newsletter. This site does not constitute a public offering of securities nor an investment recommendation.

2. Nature of crowdlending

Real estate crowdlending entails risks, including the possible partial or total loss of the capital invested. Historical or projected returns do not guarantee future results. Each user is responsible for evaluating the risks before participating in any project.

3. Applicable regulation

Valteriq carries out its activity in accordance with the Financial Technology Institutions Law (Ley Fintech) and provisions issued by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV). The corresponding authorisation procedure is currently in progress.

4. Permitted use

The user agrees to use the site in a lawful manner, respecting current Mexican legislation and refraining from any action that could damage the service or affect other users.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, code) is the property of Valteriq S.A.P.I. de C.V. or its licensors. Its total or partial reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Valteriq does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site and is not responsible for decisions made by users based on the information published. The information does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice.

7. Modifications

Valteriq reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
